Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup canned red tart pitted cherries packed in water + 1/2 cup canning liquid
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced (about 3/4 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened soymilk
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24 ice cubes
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
