Ingredients
  • 1 cup canned red tart pitted cherries packed in water + ½ cup canning liquid
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced (about ¾ cup)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened soymilk
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-4 ice cubes
  • pinch salt
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
