Ingredients
  • 3 slices apple (about ⅛ of an apple)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cups filtered water
Instructions
  1. Put apple slices and cinnamon stick in a pint-and-a-half mason jar or pitcher. Cover with water.
  2. Cover tightly, shake a few times, and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Shake once more right before sipping. Enjoy!
